Q:Is this wireless?
A:Yes, but this queue call system haven't the battery, it needs to plug into the power while using it.
Q:Is an outdoor case available for the display?
A:Yes, you can use it in the outdoor environment(If have an outdoor case to proof-water). And if you think the voice is not loud enough, you can connect it with an audio speaker.
Q:Can multiple numbers be entered?
A:Sorry, this wireless calling system only can be entered one numbers at one time.
Q:How to mute it completely, no ding dong or other prompt voice?
A:Spin the volume button on right side of display screen, or press the UP/DOWN key on remote control, you can adust the volume easily.
Q:How to work?
A:You only need to give the customer a queue number(take a number from ticket dispenser), when it is the turn, press the NEXT key on the calling button, the screen receiver will display and broadcast, then the customer will go to the service place.
